Virginia Graganella was last spotted on the unit block of North Front Street early Tuesday, July 16, authorities said. She is 5-foot with a thin build and gray hair and was wearing oval, purple glasses, according to PPD.
Anyone who spots her is asked to call Central Detectives at 215-686-3093.
